H20 Beauty

Everybody knows that water is important for a person's health. The mantra of "eight glasses of water each day" is well known. Everybody knows that most of the planet and most of the body is made of water. But did you know that water is also a beauty tool? H2O Beauty has been put aside in favour of products and high end cosmetics, but the truth of the matter is, water is the best possible element for your skin and beauty.

Drinking water can help keep your skin clear. By drinking enough water you will keep your kidneys healthy and push toxins out of your body through waste. If you aren't drinking enough water, the toxins will build up and find their way to your skin and before you know it, you could be having a major acne problem. If you drink enough water, you don't have to worry about toxins finding their way to your skin. Water also helps to keep the skin soft and hydrated.

A splash of water is pretty much all you need to keep your skin clear. There are all sorts of ads and articles out there that promote different facial cleansing products. These articles promote makeup remover, cleansers, astringents, toners, moisturizing creams, night creams, day creams… walking down the skin care aisle at the drug store can be very frustrating as you try to figure out which product is right for you. Well, you can relax because all you really need is a splash of warm water in the morning and then warm water and a little bit of a gentle cleanser at night. H2O beauty not only saves you time, but it will save you money on extra products!

A lot of beauty experts advocate steaming the face-this is where you get a bowl or basin of very very hot water and lean your face over it. Put a towel over your head to close in the steam. From here, simply hold your face over the basin of water and let the steam envelop your face. (Tip: Never put your face in the water! Water that is too hot can damage capillaries in your skin.) The heat and the steam will open up the pores on your face and any toxins or dirt will simply "fall out." After ten minutes or so of steaming your face, splash some warm water on your skin and then pat it dry.

H2O beauty does not have to be difficult. Simply drinking enough water and splashing it on your skin a few times a day is enough to keep your skin moisturized and feeling healthy. Water can be used as a liquid to wash away or hydrate, or as a steam to soothe and relax your skin. Sometimes ice can be used to reduce puffiness, though cool water works just as well. The beauty of H2O beauty is that is easy and affordable. You can get the water straight from your tap and don't have to buy anything new!

Water is a natural appetite suppressant. It is the safest way to keep your appetite down as it will make you feel full and flush itself out of your system through urination and sweat. This isn't to say that you should just drink water all of the time and not eat food if you are trying to lose weight, but drinking water is a way to make your stomach feel more full than it is.

The water that is on the planet now is thought to be the water that was on the planet even before the dinosaurs walked around. This is because water is mostly self sustaining. It is also the only element that exists in all three natural states: solid, liquid and gas.
